Why ContractIQ exists

ContractIQ was created by a platform operations and workforce-management professional in the UK who spent years watching the same story repeat: capable teams, good suppliers — and value leaking anyway. The auto-renewal nobody diarised. The uplift nobody capped. The premium licences allocated to people who never signed in. None of it malicious; all of it expensive.

Enterprise contract platforms solve this for companies with six-figure software budgets and implementation teams. Everyone else gets a spreadsheet. ContractIQ was built to close that gap: serious AI contract analysis that a procurement lead can have running in an afternoon.

The principles it's built on

• Honesty about what it is. ContractIQ is a screening aid, not legal advice — and it says so everywhere it matters, including on every export.
• Your data is yours. Workspaces are separated by row-level security enforced in a single UK-hosted Supabase project operated by CodeIQ Holdings Ltd, so one customer's data cannot be reached from another's session; US hosting is available by arrangement on Enterprise. The AI runs on Amazon Bedrock in AWS data centres in the UK and the EEA; Amazon does not pass what is sent to it to the model's developer and has zero data retention switched on in five of the seven regions its EU route can use, and nothing is ever used to train AI models — the sub-processor list names everyone who handles it.
• Evidence over adjectives. Every analysis shows its reasoning — the clause, the risk, the number — so stakeholders can verify rather than trust blindly.
