Four editions of the ContractIQ Platform. Start free, scale as your contract estate grows — unused audits roll over on paid plans.
A credit is a fixed unit, not a variable one. The same operation costs the same whatever the document.
Unused credits roll over, up to one period's worth. Whatever you have not spent when the period ends is banked and added to the next one, capped at a single period's allowance — 500 on Growth, 1,800 on Scale, 5,000 on Enterprise Suite. The cap is there so a workspace cannot bank six months and then put an entire estate through in one weekend. Banked credits end with the subscription; credits you have bought outright are drawn on only once the period allowance is gone, are never capped, and never expire.
A full contract analysis — extraction, scoring, compliance review, knowledge capture and insights.
One question to Cedric, answered from your own documents and analysis.
Re-running an analysis on the same record inside your revision window, on paid plans. Refining is free.
Run out mid-month? A top-up pack of 100 credits is £25, bought from inside the app — no change to your subscription. Ingesting documents, renewal alerts, calendar exports and reports never cost credits. The account runs up to 20 analyses and 120 questions an hour; anything beyond that queues for the next hour.
Prices are in pounds sterling; any tax due is shown on Stripe's payment page before you confirm. Credits meter AI usage only. Storing contracts, ingesting documents, renewal alerts and exports are unlimited on every edition, and your work is saved automatically as you go. Of what you upload, the extracted text and the analysis are stored; the original file stays in your browser. On every plan the AI runs on Amazon Bedrock in AWS regions in the UK and EEA, and the model developer never receives what is sent. Renewal alerts are calendar reminders you export as an .ics file; they fire from your own calendar, not from us, and there is no email or push alerting. Questions?
ContractIQ in plain English — what it is, what it costs, where your data lives.
No. ContractIQ is an automated analytical screening aid. Its risk indicators, clause flags and drafting observations are for preliminary triage only, do not constitute legal advice, and create no solicitor–client relationship. Qualified counsel should verify all positions before signature — users retain full responsibility for validating outputs against the original text.
Every AI action costs credits: 10 for a full contract analysis, 2 for a question to Cedric, and nothing to re-run an analysis inside your revision window on paid plans. Everything else — storing contracts, ingesting documents, renewal alerts, calendar deadlines and report exports — is unlimited. Unused credits roll over up to the cap on your plan, and top-up packs are available if you run short.
Contracts, purchase orders, statements of work, tracking spreadsheets and user detail files. Analysis extracts the contract's title, value, term, notice period, user counts and clause positions automatically.
Your workspace lives in a Supabase database in London, operated for CodeIQ Holdings Ltd. Workspaces are separated by row-level security enforced in the database itself, so one customer's records cannot be reached from another's session. The original files you upload never leave your browser; the text read from them and the analysis are stored so you can search and re-analyse. On Enterprise, Zero-Retention mode means document text is never saved at all — only the extracted details and the analysis. US hosting can be arranged for Enterprise customers who need it.
Anthropic's Claude model, run for us by Amazon Web Services through Amazon Bedrock, in AWS data centres in the UK and the EEA. Amazon Bedrock does not pass what is sent to Anthropic. We have switched on Amazon’s zero-data-retention setting in five of the seven regions its EU route can use; the Legal Centre names them. Nothing you upload is used to train any AI model. Names, email addresses and phone numbers in meeting transcripts are replaced with labels in your browser before anything is sent.
Yes — ContractIQ runs on a business account with individual usernames, roles and an admin-managed team list.
ContractIQ runs worldwide, in any modern browser on Windows, macOS and Linux. There is nothing to install and nothing to keep updated — sign in and your workspace is there.
Yes. Growth bought directly is a monthly subscription with no minimum term — cancel and you keep access until the end of the paid period. Banked roll-over audits expire when the subscription ends.
