How it works

From a folder of PDFs to a decision you can defend.

01 / 04

Ingest everything

Drop in contracts, purchase orders, statements of work, tracking spreadsheets and meeting transcripts. PDFs, Excel, CSV and text are read in full in your browser — nothing leaves your machine until you run an analysis.

  • Record details are extracted from what you ingest, not typed in by hand
  • Teams and Zoom transcripts in .vtt, .srt, .txt and .docx
  • Names and contact details in a transcript are replaced before it is stored

02 / 04

Extract with confidence

Annual value, term dates, notice periods, uplift schedules, liability caps, auto-renewal traps. Each one is scored for confidence and shown with the line of the contract it came from, so you can check it rather than take it on trust.

  • Cost, users, risk, opportunities, compliance and obligations, each on its own tab
  • Anything below 60% confidence is flagged for a human to look at
  • An empty field means "not found", never "not present"

Ask Cedric anything

A conversational analyst that answers only from the documents you have ingested and the analysis run over them. When does this renew, what is missing, where is there room to negotiate — named to a contract, so the answer can be traced back to a source.

  • Scoped to one contract at a time, by reference, name or supplier
  • No general knowledge and no guessing beyond what you have given it
  • Two credits a question, metered the same way as everything else
The Cedric panel in ContractIQ, scoped to contract CTR-0001, explaining that it answers only from what has been ingested and analysed, with suggested questions about renewal, savings and risks.

Export for the boardroom

Negotiation levers, recommendations and the dates you cannot afford to miss, written as something you can put in front of a stakeholder. Out as Word, as a PDF, or as an outline to build a deck from.

  • Renewal alerts export as calendar files that fire from your own diary
  • Every report carries the audit trail behind the figures
  • A screening aid for a commercial decision — not legal advice
The Insights tab in ContractIQ, listing negotiation levers, recommendations and dates to watch, with buttons to export the insight pack as Word, PDF or a presentation outline.
Intelligence in every record

Everything you need before you sign — and before you renew.

Decentralised spreadsheets and six-figure CLM suites both fail the same way. ContractIQ closes the gap with analysis a stakeholder can act on.

Never miss a renewal

A twelve-month runway plotted by notice deadline — the date you must act by, not the date the contract ends. Windows already closed are flagged the moment you import.

The knowledge nobody wrote down

Ingest the Teams or Zoom transcript alongside the contract. Verbal concessions, undocumented history and the people who hold it — captured before they leave.

Confidence you can audit

Every extracted value carries a confidence score, the reasoning behind it and a quote from the source. Anything uncertain is routed to a human before it counts.

Duplicate and fragmented spend

The same supplier bought twice under two legal names becomes one line. Two suppliers doing the same job surface as a consolidation question.

Reads scanned contracts too

Photocopied, image-only PDFs are detected and read with on-device OCR — the estate you actually have, not the tidy one.

Ask Cedric anything

A conversational analyst on every contract, answering only from your ingested documents. Renewal dates, missing clauses, the strongest lever.

How exposed are you?

Every supplier scored on what is missing from the paperwork, how concentrated your spend is and what would happen if they stopped — with the whole calculation shown.

Forty contracts, one click

Queue the whole estate and close the laptop. Work runs in the background, retries itself when a service is busy, and is waiting when you come back.

The process

Two fields. Then the AI does the reading.

Creating a Contract Record takes a reference and a supplier name — everything else is extracted from what you ingest.

Where ContractIQ fits

Beyond the spreadsheet.
Below the six-figure CLM.

Enterprise contract platforms cost five to six figures and take months to implement. Spreadsheets cost you missed deadlines. ContractIQ is the unserved middle — live in an afternoon, from £0.

The CFO question

What could ContractIQ find in your estate?

Independent procurement studies consistently find 3–6% of annual contract spend recoverable through rightsizing, uplift caps and renewal leverage.
